Temporary changes
Use this link to make changes that are TEMPORARY, meaning they will have a short term effect on your student's transportation. An example would be: If your student needs to go to a different stop that is not their assigned stop. This info will not post to the parent portal information. If you need the bussing information, please inform us in the notes section of this form.
Parent portal
Use this link to access your student's portal information. School bus information can be viewed by clicking the more tab and then transportation. Transportation updates must be processed manually by staff before it will be shown in the parent portal. This process can take up to 4 business days to process and post on the parent portal. Changes CANNOT be made through the parent portal. To make changes, use one the appropriate forms above.

Permanent changes
Use this link to make any changes that will be PERMANENT, meaning that they will have a long term effect. Examples would include: address changes, phone number changes, daycare updates, daycare address changes, etc.
Request a bus stop change
Use this link to request a bus stop change. This form should only be submitted to make changes to where the bus currently is NOT stopping.
Student/family Registration
Use this link to direct you to a form to complete registration for transportation that must be done every school year. Remember, even if the student(s) is in a walking area, they may use a bus for a field trip or sporting event.

Kindergarten/Headstart/Preschool Photos
When registering a Kindergartener, Headstart, or Preschool student, we can put pictures of them on their tags so that they are easier to identify. Use the link above to send a picture of your student or email them directly to melanie@hoglundtransportation.com
